THEMA: English translation

Ok, it is my fault. When you are updating the component the german language files are backed up. If they are non existent it leads to the error you described above.

I will fix the bug as soon as possible !

Also you might wanna test installing on a english joomla version cause it seems like no language files are being installed when doing a fresh install. Which leads to no administration possibilities.

I made some improvements in the CLM installer :
English language "blank" files ( with german content) were created.

The changes are now part of CLM 0.97 v18 !

Just tested the back-end and it seems to work. But it looks like some stuff still needs to be translated(I used the english language files).

The whole backend language file needs to be translated in english its content is 100% german...

I created the english language file only for testing purposes as you mentioned the install process fails.

Just saying that the translation files i've translated into english are far from complete. Seems like there is much more needed to be translate(for the back-end that is).
